Shipping policy

All purchases are shipped from Hudson Valley, NY and are shipped via USPS or UPS. 

Your order will be shipped within 5-8 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Purchases of $150 or more will receive free shipping. 

Heir Vintage is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the care of the shipping courier. Please file a claim with USPS or UPS if you believe your package has been compromised. We will not offer a refund for any lost or stolen packages.  

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
