Refund policy

Eligible for return or exchange:
Heir Vintage accepts returns for store credit on full-priced, unworn/undamaged non-vintage merchandise only. All tags must be attached.
Final Sale (not eligible for return or exchange):
All vintage items, sale items purchased with a coupon code, purchases made with store credit, custom orders, undergarments/lingerie, swimwear and items that have been worn or show signs of wear or not returned in the condition they were sent out in are not eligible for a return, store credit or exchange.

To Start a Return:
If you would like to make a return, please start the process by emailing braylen@heirvintage.shop within 2 days of receiving your order.  If your order is eligible for a return, you will be issued a Return Confirmation code. All returns needs to be received 7 days from delivery. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, your store credit will be e-mailed to you in the form of a coupon code. Your store credit will include the total value of your returned item plus tax. Customers are responsible for retaining their store credit code. Store credits are good for one year from the day of issue. 

Order Cancellation:
We are not able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.  Please be sure you are ready to make your purchase before ordering.

We do our best to make sure that any irregularities in an item are both photographed and detailed in each product description for you to review prior to purchase. Please be sure to read our product descriptions carefully so that you 
are aware of the condition of your purchase.
